The cushion, covered in cotton and divided into four sections, allows for even heat distribution for a uniform warming effect on the body. After heating in the microwave or oven, the cherry stone content releases heat, relieving pain and muscle stiffness. Quick and easy to use, with a removable cotton cover for washing. The soothing lavender essence is released when the cushion is heated.
Hot use: Heat the cushion inside in the oven (maximum 70°C for about 5 minutes) or in the microwave (800W for about 30 seconds); adjust the heating times according to different types of ovens. Reheat to the desired temperature and place on the body surface.
Cold use: Place the cushion in the refrigerator or freezer for approximately 30-45 minutes; remove and place on the desired body area.
